1. Hue

reduce the ink viscosity and the color becomes lighter, otherwise the color becomes darker. However, it is not allowed to blindly reduce the viscosity to change the color, otherwise other problems will occur, such as water lines, color lusterless, etc. In color matching, it is necessary to master the variation tendency of different color viscosity, so as to make better use of viscosity. For example, when the primary color yellow has high viscosity, it tends to be red, while when the viscosity is small, it will show green; The green viscosity is larger than the blue phase, and the small viscosity shows the yellow phase

2. Watermarks

is generally closely related to the printing speed. The lower the printing speed, the greater the viscosity of the ink required. On the contrary, the smaller the viscosity. If the speed and viscosity do not match well, watermarks are easy to appear. Generally, the printing speed is basically fixed, so the problem of water marks is solved by increasing the ink viscosity. Another phenomenon is very similar to watermarks.
